It's delicious and easy to make for lunch or supper. You can change up the ingredients to what you like most. Keep it fresh and healthy :)
Ingredients:
The dough:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of water
- Pinch of salt
- Table spoon of Oil
The fillings:
- Tuna
- Egg
- Coriander
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
Mix the flour, water, oil & salt. Get a frying pan and turn on the flame.
Using a brush, brush the liquid dough onto the pan forming a layer, once it starts drying out add the filling (Crack an egg and add the tuna and Coriander) in the center.
Fold the dough from both sides then let it cook from both sides until golden.
